My chef knives finally get the respect they deserve—the end grain surface keeps them sharper way longer than my old bamboo board ever did. It’s almost a shame to cover this walnut with food, but it wipes clean so easily after a heavy cheese spread.

I was worried a beautiful board would dull my knives, but the end grain is surprisingly gentle—I've been using it daily and still get clean slices.
