The balance of each knife is spot-on, making slicing through grilled ribeye feel effortless. Even after a full steak dinner, the edges still looked factory-sharp when I wiped them clean.
Had a dinner party last night and these made quick work of the ribeyes—the 67-layer blade glides through even charred crust. The espresso handles felt perfectly balanced in my hand, not slippery at all. Definitely a step up from my old stamped steel knives.
These cut through a thick prime rib like butter, and the espresso handles feel really solid in my hand. The weight is perfect—heavy enough to do the work without being clumsy. Exactly what I was hoping for.
The packaging made a great first impression, and once I used them, the balance and sharpness through a thick ribeye was incredible. Cleans up easily too, no spotting after washing.
Finally, a steak knife that actually glides through a well-done filet without shredding it. The 67-layer Damascus pattern is gorgeous, and the handles fit my hand perfectly during a long dinner.
Cutting into a ribeye felt like pushing through butter; these knives are razor-sharp right out of the box. I love how the espresso handles feel balanced in my hand, not too heavy.
The 67-layer Damascus pattern on these knives is even more striking in person, and they slice through a ribeye like butter. I do wish the handles had a bit more heft for my grip, but they look stunning on the table.
