Cutting through a well-marbled ribeye felt like a single, clean glide rather than a fight—the 67-layer Damascus edge holds its sharpness beautifully. The espresso handles have a warm, solid grip that makes each knife feel like a natural extension of my hand.

The first use was noticeably smoother than my old set, no tugging or tearing through the steak. The espresso handles add a nice weight and balance, too.
