Padella Saltante Ibrida Profonda/Polliera con Coperchio, 7 Qt

The tall, straight sides on this 7-quart pan are perfect for making a big batch of soup without splashing everywhere, and it cleans up incredibly easily. I’ve already used it twice for poaching fish and once for deep frying—everything came out beautifully.

I’ve been using this pan for braising chicken thighs and the tall straight sides really keep the liquid from splattering everywhere. The 7-quart capacity is just right for a big batch of stew without being too heavy to handle. It’s become my go-to for one-pot meals.

The tall sides on this pan are perfect for deep frying without any oil splatter escaping. Did a batch of chicken thighs last night and the even heat distribution gave me a perfect, crispy crust.
