Finally, a pan that lets me cook bacon and pancakes at the same time without flipping everything over. The 12-inch surface is perfect for a full breakfast, and cleanup was much easier than my old cast iron.

I was tired of uneven heating on my old griddle, but this one gives perfectly crispy bacon across the whole 12-inch surface. Managed to toast tortillas for tacos right after and they came out spotty-brown without burning.

Finally, a griddle that's truly non-stick — my hash browns slid right off without any oil pooling in the center. The 12-inch surface fits perfectly over two burners on my stove, making it easy to cook pancakes and bacon at the same time. Cleanup was a breeze with just a quick wipe.
