Hybrid Fry Pan, 8"

I've been using this 8-inch pan mostly for omelets, and the hex pattern does a great job keeping them from sticking without needing tons of butter. It's surprisingly sturdy for its size and heats up fast for a quick morning cook.

I was a bit skeptical about the hex pattern at first, but it really does help eggs slide right off without sticking. Made a perfect omelet this morning and cleanup took just a quick wipe.

This pan is a perfect fit for my tiny kitchen—it handles a single omelet beautifully without taking up too much space. The nonstick surface cleaned up in seconds with just a wipe, which I really appreciated after a quick dinner.
