The first few times I used this, I wasn’t sure anything was different, but after a week I’m hooked on how well those small perforations keep my shrimp from slipping through the grates. Even the thin asparagus stays in place while getting that nice smoky char.

Finally, a grill pan that actually keeps my cherry tomatoes and shrimp from slipping into the fire—those perforations are perfectly sized. The smaller veg gets a nice smoky char without any drama, and cleanup is a breeze.

The perforations are just the right size — my shrimp got a perfect smoky char without a single one slipping into the coals. Flipping them with tongs was effortless, and cleanup was surprisingly quick.
