Hybrid Stekpanna, 30 cm

This pan’s size is perfect for cooking a big batch of frittata without any crowding, and the hybrid surface cleaned up effortlessly after. I’ve made Sunday brunch for six people twice now, and everything releases easily.

I’ve been using this pan for everything from searing chicken to sautéing peppers and onions, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup a breeze. The flat bottom heats evenly across the whole pan, so nothing sticks or burns. Perfect size for feeding the whole family without crowding the stove.

We had a dozen eggs and some veggies to use up, so I made a massive frittata in this 12-inch pan—it handled the whole batch without any sticking and the nonstick surface wiped clean in seconds.
