Thomas ★★★★★

Finally, a pan that fits a 5-pound chicken without the bird swimming in a sea of empty space. The nonstick rack lifts it up enough that the skin crisps evenly on all sides.

Exactly the right size for a small chicken – the nonstick rack made cleanup

Ryan N. ★★★★★

The nonstick rack actually lifted the chicken enough that the underside crisped perfectly—something my old pan never managed. Cleanup was just a quick wipe, too.
