Hybrid Braadpan, 10 inch

The way the heat spreads so evenly across this pan means my veggies sauté without any burnt spots—huge upgrade from my old nonstick. Even simmering a quick marinara left no scorched bits on the bottom.

I was worried about sticking when I tried simmering my homemade tomato sauce, but this pan handled it beautifully—the hybrid surface really lets you use metal utensils without worry. Cleans up fast, too.

Searing a steak came out perfect—the pan handled the high heat without any warping, and cleanup was quick even with the sauce residue. I've used it daily for the past week with no complaints.
