Used it for a whole chicken last Sunday and the Hybrid surface made cleanup laughably easy—no soaking needed. The rack kept the bird perfectly elevated so the skin crisped up all over.

Finally, a pan that's actually big enough for a whole chicken without taking over the entire oven – and the rack keeps the skin crispy on all sides. The hybrid surface cleans up so easily after a cheesy pasta bake.

I was a little worried the Hybrid surface would be gimmicky, but it's genuinely nonstick for my chicken parm while still giving great browning on the pasta bake I made last night. Cleanup took about 30 seconds.
