Coperchio in vetro temperato, 12"

Finally, a lid that doesn’t fog up completely—the small steam vent works perfectly to release pressure without letting all the heat escape. The stay-cool handle is a nice touch, saving my knuckles from getting steamed when I adjust it mid-simmer.

I love being able to watch my sauce simmer without lifting the lid—the small steam vent lets just enough moisture escape. The handle stays genuinely cool, even after an hour on the stove.

Switching from heavy cast iron to this glass lid has made such a difference—the small steam vent means I don’t have to lift it and lose heat just to check if my soup is boiling. It fits my 12" pan perfectly and the handle genuinely stays cool to the touch.
