Coperchio in vetro temperato, 10"

I love being able to watch my soup simmer without lifting the lid—the glass stays perfectly clear. The handle really does stay cool, and the small steam vent keeps the kitchen from fogging up.

Finally, a lid I can actually lift without burning my fingers—the handle stays genuinely cool on the stovetop. The small steam vent is perfect because I can see my sauce simmering through the clear glass without lifting the lid and losing heat.

I love that the stay-cool handle makes it easy to grab the lid mid-cooking without grabbing a towel, and the steam vent keeps things from getting too steamy. It fits my 10-inch pan perfectly and feels sturdy enough for daily use.
