I was skeptical about keeping veggies from falling through, but this topper's wide surface handles cherry tomatoes and mushroom slices perfectly. Cleanup was a breeze with just a quick scrape and rinse.
Used it to stir-fry diced veggies and shrimp — nothing fell through the grates, and cleanup was just a quick rinse. The flat surface really does make flipping tiny pieces feel effortless.
First time using this to cook salmon and it came out with those perfect grill marks without flaking apart. The flat surface really does make flipping delicate foods a breeze, and cleanup was shockingly quick. Definitely getting more use out of my grill now.
I was skeptical about the cleanup claim, but the non-stick surface held up perfectly after a full rack of shrimp. The raised edges kept everything from sliding off, even when I got a little aggressive with the tongs. This thing is a game-changer for tailgating.
We’ve used it a few times now for veggies and shrimp, and the flat surface really does keep everything from slipping through the grates. It gets a nice smoky char without too much of a flare-up mess. Only wish the non-stick coating held up a little better after the first wash.
The flat surface really does stop smaller veggies from falling through, which was my main gripe with cooking on the grates. It's sturdy and held up fine for a whole batch of shrimp, though I wish it were slightly larger for a full family meal.
The flat surface is nice for keeping small shrimp from falling through, but I wish it had slightly higher edges to contain the grease a bit better. It gets the job done for grilling delicate items, though I’ve noticed the non-stick coating starting to wear after about a month of weekly use.
