Finally gave my usual sheet pan a break for a whole chicken and this thing roasted it evenly with zero sticking thanks to that Hybrid surface. The rack kept the bird up out of the juices so the skin got properly crispy all around. Definitely my new go-to for Sunday dinners.
This pan’s nonstick surface made clean-up after a cheesy baked ziti almost effortless, which never happens. I used it for a whole spatchcocked chicken and the juices collected perfectly without any spillover.
I was amazed at how evenly my chicken roasted—it came out perfectly golden and juicy. The rack lifts the bird up so the fat drips away cleanly, and I’ve already used it for two casseroles since.

The pan's size is perfect for a 4-pound chicken without being too bulky to store. Only wish the rack sat a bit higher for crisper skin, but the clean release from the nonstick surface made up for it.
The nonstick surface worked perfectly for a baked ziti—nothing stuck, and cleanup was barely a rinse. I do wish the rack sat a little higher above the pan for air circulation.
