The trivet is the perfect size for my Le Creuset dutch oven and the mitt’s interior lining makes it easy to slide on and off quickly. Really impressed with how well the silicone grips even a heavy, wet stockpot.
Got these as a gift and the silicone grip is surprisingly secure, even with a heavy cast iron skillet. The trivet doubles as a great coaster for hot pots without scratching the counter.
My cast iron skillet finally met its match — the silicone grip on this mitt is ridiculously secure, and the trivet doubles as a perfect landing spot for hot baking dishes. Handled a 425°F sheet pan with zero warmth bleeding through.
Finally, a mitt that actually lets me grip a hot cast iron skillet without burning my knuckles. The silicone ridges on the palm side give me way more control than any cloth mitt I've used before. I also love that the matching trivet doubles as a lid rest while I'm cooking.
The trivet doubles nicely as a coaster for my Dutch oven, and the mitt’s longer cuff actually covers my wrist. Only gripe is the silicone feels a bit stiff out of the box, but it loosens up after a few uses.
Finally, a mitt that lets me grab a hot cast iron skillet without flinching—the silicone grip is solid. The trivet doubles as a nice coaster for my teapot, though it's a bit small for larger pots. Keeps my countertops safe, exactly what I needed.
Finally, a hot mitt that actually lets me grip a hot baking sheet without fumbling. The silicone grips are fantastic, and the trivet protects my quartz countertop perfectly—though I wish the mitt came in a pair for the price.
