I was worried about scratching my steel, but the included cutting surface fits perfectly and feels really sturdy. The peels slide under the pizza effortlessly, even with heavy toppings.
The cutting board is massive—big enough to handle a full 16-inch pizza without any cheese sliding off, and it’s surprisingly sturdy as a charcuterie board for parties. I’ve used it three times already, and the peel glides under the crust effortlessly.
Finally, I don't have to use a flimsy pizza wheel that slides off the crust. The cutting board is hefty and sturdy, and the included peels make transferring pizzas in and out of the oven effortless.

Really pleased with the cutting board surface – it’s thick enough to use as a proper charcuterie board after pizza night, which is a nice bonus. The only small thing is I wish the peel handle had a bit more grip.
The board's generous 16-inch size handles my biggest pizzas without any spillover, which is a nice upgrade from my old flimsy peel. I just wish the included accessories had a bit more heft to them, but the set still feels like a solid value for the price.
