Joshua H. ★★★★★

I’ve already put this 8-piece set through a full holiday meal prep, and the 60 Rockwell hardness made quick work of butternut squash without any resistance. The Damascus steel pattern is almost too pretty to hide in a drawer, but it’s the balanced weight that really won me over during chopping.

Leo ★★★★★

The 67-layer Damascus steel feels incredibly solid in hand, and the carving knife glides through a roast chicken like butter. I’ve been prepping meals faster since I got this set, and the handles are surprisingly comfortable for long use.

Ava ★★★★★

The 60 Rockwell hardness really makes a difference—this set sliced through butternut squash like it was butter. Each knife feels perfectly balanced in the hand, and the 8-piece set covers every prep task I throw at it.
