I’ve put this board through some heavy chopping and it barely shows any marks, definitely tougher than the bamboo ones I used before. The juice groove on one side is a lifesaver when carving juicy meats or slicing tomatoes.

The grain patterns are absolutely stunning—this board almost looks too beautiful to use. I’ve already put it through heavy chopping and it barely shows any marks, plus that juice groove kept my counter clean while carving a roast.

I love that this board is double-sided—one side for everyday chopping and the grooved side for carving meats. The walnut feels dense and solid, and after a week of heavy use there's barely a mark on it.
