Steak Knife & Bistecca Plate Set, 16-pc (Green)

The bistecca plates have this nice weight and slight texture that keeps the steak from sliding around, which I didn't expect from a dinner plate. Knives cut through ribeye like butter, and the whole set looks surprisingly classy on the table.

The Damascus steel knives sliced through a perfectly cooked ribeye like butter, and the green plates have this elegant, rustic heft that makes the whole table feel like Florence. Very glad I went for the full set.
