The handles are wide and comfortable even when lifting a full pot, and the lid fits snugly to keep steam in. Sunday sauce came out perfectly after a few hours of gentle simmering.

I’ve made two big batches of chili in this pot already, and the even heat distribution means nothing scorches on the bottom. The 12-quart size is perfect for when the whole family comes over for soup night.

The lid fits so snugly that I barely lost any steam while simmering a big pot of Sunday sauce. Cleanup was surprisingly easy after a messy seafood boil for eight people. This pot is exactly what I needed for holiday cooking without the hassle.
