My roast chicken came out perfectly juicy, and being able to take the board straight from prep to oven saves so much cleanup time. The sturdy handles make it easy to lift even when it's hot.

Prepping veggies directly on the cutting board and then sliding the whole thing into the oven cuts down on cleanup way more than I expected. The roasting pan’s nonstick surface releases roasted potatoes without any sticking at all.

The cutting board is large enough to hold a full sheet pan for roasting, and the integrated oil grooves catch drips without making a mess. I've used it three times already for meal prep and the hybrid surface doesn't dull my knives. Pretty great upgrade from my old wooden board.
