I was skeptical about ceramic cookware for high heat, but this grill pan hit 900°F without a single smoke or scent issue. Cleaver came razor sharp out of the box, and the weight distribution made trimming brisket effortless.

The grill pan handled a full sear on two-inch steaks without a hint of warping, even on my outdoor burner. The cleaver’s edge held up through a whole rack of ribs with just a quick honing afterward.

I’ve been using the meat cleaver to break down whole chickens, and the weight and balance make it feel like a pro tool. The grill pan’s 900-degree heat tolerance is perfect for getting a serious sear on steaks without worrying about damage.
